  • Cross-Dressing Voices: Zeke's grandmother, who's also voiced by Tom Kenny.
  • Dawson Casting: The main characters, all preteens, are voiced by adult actors.
  • Descended Creator:
    • Creator Aaron Springer voices Billy.
    • Tony is voiced by writer Kenny Pittenger.
  • Fake Brit: James Arnold Taylor as Count Wretcher.
  • Production Posse:
    • This show is a SpongeBob SquarePants reunion due to having Aaron Springer, Merriwether Williams (who had outlined a vast majority of Mr. Springer's classic episodes), Andrew Overtoom, Robertryan Cory, Kenny Pittenger, Casey Alexander, Zeus Cervas, Derek Iversen, Tom Kenny, Dee Bradley Baker, and Luke Brookshier together. Rough Draft Studios also returns to provide animation.
    • Fellow former Mickey Mouse (2013) writer/director Clayton Morrow is supervising producer. Dee Bradley Baker and Kevin Michael Richardson have done recurring voice work on that show.
    • From Sanjay and Craig , we have writers Casey Alexander, Zeus Cervas, Derek Iversen, Sarah Oleksyk, Johnny Van Orman, Andrew Overtoom, and Mike Bertino.
  • Screwed by the Network: All 13 episodes premiered at 7am over the course of two weeks, receiving little promotion. Reruns would air late at night on the rare occasion they did happen, and the show would be all but forgotten by the network less than a year later, making it the shortest-lived animated series to come out of Disney Television Animation.
  • What Could Have Been:
    • Jessica McKenna was originally going to voice Billy, but Aaron Springer ended up with the role.
    • Early concept art shows that Zeke had a differently shaped head and haircut while Marsha was originally white and blond
    • The series was originally supposed to have a 20-episode order like many other Disney animated shows, but during its' production Disney TVA had a change in management, and was taken on by executives who weren't really supportive of the show, which led to the its' budget being slashed to just 13 half-hours.
  • Written by Cast Member: Aaron Springer co-wrote all the episodes.
