- He Also Did:
- You might remember Jill Thompson from her work illustrating Neil Gaiman's The Sandman (1989), as well as writing/drawing the Sandman manga Death: At Death's Door, The Little Endless Storybook, or Scary Godmother.
- Evan Dorkin has done some work on The Goon, and is a legend in indie comics in his own right, creating such works as Fun With Milk & Cheese and The Eltingville Club, among others.
- Out of Order: For the trade collections. Most of the Volume 2 stories were published before Wise Dogs and Eldritch Men, but the latter had its collection published first despite being set in the middle of Volume 2 (and referencing events from the start and middle of it) due to delays on the final Volume 2 story, "The Presence of Others".
- Schedule Slip: "Hunters and Gatherers", "What the Cat Dragged In", and the two-parter "The Presence of Others" were originally supposed to be a four-issue miniseries that would have debuted in 2013, but scheduling difficulties on Jill Thompson's end instead led to the former two stories being published as one-shots in 2014 and 2016 respectively, while "The Presence of Others" would not be published until 2019.
