  • Acting for Two: Simon A. voices a vast majority of the main characters in the series, even as Belle and Alice before Cameron J. Green and Marisa the Gem Fox. were cast.
  • Actor Allusion: "Baby Lamb & Friends: the Movie" features Simon A. playing a live-action role as Bob Richardson, a character he frequently played on Elie Muller's Weeknight Update series.
  • The Cast Showoff:
    • Simon A. is a self-taught pianist so he frequently plays the background music for the series, and even cameoed as a pianist in the Season 4 episode "New Piano on the Block".
    • Simon A. and Cameron J. Green are talented singers, so they sang a duet as Baby Lamb and Belle at the end of "Baby Lamb & Friends: the Movie".
  • The Character Died With Her: In the Season 9 episode, "A Cop's Love", Officer Patricia dies near the end of the episode. This was the last episode Rebecca K. Lunetta voiced in before she died.
  • Creator Cameo: Simon A. made a live action appearance in "April Foolin' Around: Part 2".
  • Creator's Favorite: Simon A.'s favorite character in Baby Lamb & Friends is Baby Lamb and also Belle Butterfly.
  • Cross-Dressing Voices: Cameron J. Green, a transgender man, voices the female Belle Butterfly. The same also applies to when Simon A. used to voice the character.
  • Deleted Scene: In part five of "the Baby Lamb & Friends Halloween Special" from Season 1, there was originally a scene where Baby Lamb got the Great Pumpkin's special powers and used them to stop the villains and "dezombify" the townspeople but Simon A. decided to cut that from the final product because he didn't want to make Baby Lamb a big hero.
  • Died During Production: On March 25, 2024, Rebecca K. Lunetta, the voice of Officer Patricia, passed away from a pulmonary embolism while Season 9 was still in production. As such, her character is killed off in her final appearance.
  • In Memoriam:
    • The Season 4 episode, "A Tale of Two Cows", had a scene at the end where Ricky and Hal mourn the loss of Etika.
    • Baby Lamb & Friends: the Movie was dedicated to Fred Rogers, Wayne Allwine, and Russi Taylor.
    • The Season 5 episode, "Life of a LEGO", was dedicated to Jens Nygaard Knudsen, the creator of the LEGO minifigures.
    • The Season 7 episode "The Road to Colorado" was dedicated to Gilbert Gottfried.
    • The Season 9 episode "A Cop's Love" was dedicated to Rebecca K. Lunetta, as the episode was her final speaking role.
  • Role-Ending Misdemeanor: Due to a fall-out between the creator, Eli Goodwin was dismissed as the voice of Count von Count from the series, with Simon A. returning to the role.
  • The Other Darrin:
    • As stated before, Simon A. provided all of the voices, but after Baby Lamb & Friends: The Movie entered production, actors Cameron J. Green and Marisa the Gem Fox assumed the role of Belle Butterfly and Alice Pollenia.
    • The Count von Count from Sesame Street, who frequently appeared in Halloween specials, was briefly voiced by Eli Goodwin from 2019 throughout 2022 replacing Simon A. Controversial issues led Simon A. to replace Goodwin for the role from 2022 onward.
  • What Could Have Been: An animated adaption of the web series was in the works, in co-production with Lagartimation Studios, but production issues led the project to be shelved.
    • Simon A. initially planned to approach Gottfried via Cameo to voice The Color King but the idea fell through due to the actor's passing.
  • Written by Cast Member: The "An Old Friend Returns" episodes were co-written by fellow cast member Marisa the Gem Fox, and was even stated as such in the first episode.
