Trivia / Anti-Idle: The Game

• Development Hell:
  • The House was a Feature that was present until an update in 2011 removed it. Clicking on the "House" menu item simply brought up a dialog box that "the House is coming soon"...even five years later. As of 2022, attempting to access the House simply brings up the following dialogue message:
    "What are you talking about? You are in your house!"
  • The planned sequel, while not explicitly cancelled, has silently entered this phase, likely on account of Flash's support being pulled and an alternative having to be devised.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: This would have come with the death of Flash in 2020 by the game's nature of being, well, a flash game. This was thankfully averted, however, with the release of Version 1,833; Tukkun explicitly released an offline/downloadable version for A:TG that runs without the in-browser version of Flash, allowing future people to play the game in spite of Flash's death (with the minor caveat that unlike the online version, the downloadable version requires one to update it manually).
