• Billing Displacement: Ashley Tisdale is a supporting character at best, but she's treated as one of the mains in the promos and credits. This is most likely done to draw in the High School Musical crowd.
• California Doubling: Set in Michigan, but filmed in New Zealand.
• Release Date Change: This was supposed to be released in January but was shelved until July for reasons unknown. Some say that this was possibly due to the name change.
