     2021 

August

  • August 1: Season One begins in August 2021 with David Johnson starting the Economy Watch brand, discussing Bitcoin.
  • August 10: David discusses Dogecoin and leaves for vacation.
  • August 30: David comes back from vacation and discusses El Salvador's Bitcoin policy.

September

  • September 5: David discusses Non-Fungible Tokens.
  • September 15: David discusses the problem with American pennies.
  • September 19: David discusses inflation.
  • September 26: David decides to become a Communist and transforms his desk into "something that would make Vladimir Putin blush".

October

  • October 3: David reverts back to Capitalism and discusses the GME stock shorting that happened in January 2021.
  • October 10: David discusses gaming currencies.
  • October 24: David is forced by a company known as the Lottery Announcement Services to partake in the lottery, otherwise, he would die. After refusing, his drink is poisoned and he dies.
  • October 30: David's neighbor, Ben Dover, finds a cursed Economy Watch episode on his desk, discussing failed cryptocurrency projects. This triggers a zombie apocalypse known as the Economic Virus, which infects several thousand people before coming to an abrupt stop around Halloween night by an organization known as the Vaccine Agency.

November

  • November 9: After the Economic Virus outbreak, David's storage container and his video games were confiscated by the government, so to pass the time, he discusses Swiss Francs.
  • November 25: David celebrated Thanksgiving by talking about the Pilgrimage Tercentenary Half-Dollar.

December

  • December 23: With no money for the holidays, David resorts to stealing and hoarding, leading to his arrest by the police, being placed under house arrest and having his desk (Which he stole 9 years prior) confiscated.
  • December 24: The police then give him one last chance to save Christmas by giving gifts to a community center event, and failure to do so would result in death. David took advantage to continue hoarding and was shot and killed, and after reflecting on his life in the Afterlife, he returned to give the gifts. While the police couldn't give David back his desk due to it being stolen property, he got over it and used a different desk instead.

     2022 

July

  • July 4: David celebrates Independence Day by discussing the history of the American currency.

September

  • September 11: David discusses how Europe cut off gas connections with Russia following the invasion of Ukraine.
  • September 20: David evicted from his apartment and tries to find a sanctuary.

October

  • October 4: David finds Camp Investaway, a camp for homeless people, where he meets Matthew Stratton, a lawyer. The two decide to sue his landlord.
  • October 14: While Stratton sets up the case, David gets the idea to visit Spain.
  • October 15: David arrives in Spain and stays in a Bed and Breakfast.
  • October 31: David decides to spend Halloween with his brother Isaac in Michigan, but a werewolf apocalypse leads to Isaac turning into a werewolf. David, however, manages to domesticate him.

November

  • November 1: Stratton calls David and tells him to visit a former client of his in Washington D.C., and David's friend Dennis Smith asks him to pick up a home kitchen set from his cousin Tom in New Jersey.
  • November 2: David arrives at Tom Smith's house, where he reveals that he already mailed the home kitchen set to Dennis.
  • November 3: David arrives in Washington and discusses American Dollars.
  • November 8: David returns home and realizes he forgot to talk to the client. fails to do both, as Tom already mailed it to him, and he forgets to talk to the client.
  • November 24: For Thanksgiving, since he's still homeless, David has a themed dinner at a restaurant known as the "Soup Coup", discussing Wall Street.

December

  • December 12: David celebrates his birthday at the Soup Coup.
  • December 16: David goes to Spain to cover the Bernabeu stadium to coincide with the 2022 World Cup, despite disliking sports.
  • December 17: David returns home and discusses the economics of football.
  • December 20: David partakes in and wins the trial off-screen.
  • December 22: After the trial, David was a little lost and unsure of what to do from that point. His friend Dennis wasn't of much help because he was slated to take a flight to Nevada, and that evening, an angel known as the Econiangel came to him and told him that all his problems would be solved if he worshiped it.
  • December 23: David then realizes that the Econiangel was a curse, which enlightened him on the way he saw his obsession with the economy. He went to Isaac, who had discovered a cure for his werewolf form, and they considered that the Econiangel was a "bad savior".
  • December 24: With some advice from Frederick, David was able to shoot and kill the Econiangel, causing an Economic Snowfall.

     2023 

January

  • January 8: David started 2023 off with a New Years' Resolution that he realized would be difficult to live up to, so instead he discussed New Year Token, an actual cryptocurrency.
  • January 17: David discovered an old sitcom and discussed Credit Cards.
  • January 24: David went to Chinatown to explain the history of the Chinese Yuan for Chinese New Year 2023.

February

  • February 3: After not looking where he was walking, David was hit by a train and lost the use of his hands.
  • February 4: At the hospital, David discovered right-wing Spanish politics.
  • February 17: David is able to go home to discuss the economics of American football and host a Super Bowl party.

October

  • October 27: David gets a call from an unknown number, later revealed to be the Stock Stabber.
  • October 31: David, researching defunct stock exchanges, arrives to Ethan Carvey's residence, a man who formerly owned a stock exchange. He and his partner Ritchie later reveal themselves to be serial killers targeting those responsible for closing down stock exchanges, whether directly or indirectly. David was responsible for Carvey Markets' closure, with Carvey remarking that David is a massive threat to the economy. He and Ritchie stab David, despite David wearing a vest that protected him from stabbings.

November

  • November 24: David reveals that he faked his death and discusses Black Friday, creating a new holiday known as "Discounted Three Tuesdays Later" as a substitute.

December

  • December 24: David discusses payday loans and reveals his financial insecurity, which leads him to visit a group of people who are liquidating and giving away their money for people in need for Christmas. Those people happen to be Ethan and Ritchie, who bought a bunch of payday loans before, helping them get the investment they needed for their stock exchange. This leads to an International Monetary Fund soldier to steal their stuff and raid their place as revenge for not paying their loans back. As chaos unfolds and Ritchie is shot, David excuses himself. He later finds payday loans under his Christmas tree, making him a millionaire. Despite this, he needs to pay them back.
