• Masha gained their powers as a toddler because their mother was so overworked that she brought Masha to the lab and they grabbed a sample, and even as a teenager Masha is completely unsurprised that she sent their friends to pick them up from the bus stop instead of coming herself.
• Due to a combination of Bruna's condition from facing Grom and Grisela's work, neither of them ever come to their daughter Boscha's games.
• The Owl Beast/Rinseri reveals that she was forced to watch her people be slaughtered after being Archived, as the Archivists didn't like the fact that their claws could harm them.
• Rinseri reveals that she's only ever taken control as the Owl Beast to protect Eda from what she perceived as danger, which Eda realizes includes the time her Beast form lashed out at Raine. While Rinseri doesn't go into any details, Eda is clearly shaken to learn that what she believed to be her curse hurting someone she cares about was in fact Rinseri trying to protect her from something they were doing.
