- If Ha chooses to visit the Sunflower Field in Chapter 7, the sunflowers glare at Ha upon her arrival, having given up to their fate. Yuuka chastises Ha for giving the plants false hope of being able to be saved from the incident.
- Reimu, Sakuya, Remilia, Reisen, and Mokou rush to the Western Village upon seeing smoke and learn that a mob of villagers was responsible for setting a house on fire because of the family living in it having connections to Ha, who the mob blamed for the plants in the village withering away. Mokou is forced to save the family, and the party is appalled by the villagers' actions.
- A youkai was about to eat the boy from the house that Ha visited but is exterminated by Ha. She blames herself for the plants withering in the village, however the boy does not believe that she is the culprit. He is left into a broken mess when the other villagers blame Ha for the incident.
- The plants in Memento Forest, knowing of their fate, hold the line to slow the party from reaching the Verdant Border. Ha and the party are forced to fight and kill them.
- The death of the tree that was friends with Ha and Ayaka.
- Ha realizes that she is forced to fight Ayaka. This becomes a Player Punch when the party learns that Ayaka was buying time for resolving the incident to reach its final stage.
- Ha's Despair Event Horizon for being unable to be accepted by Gensokyo. Her hallucinations of Marisa, Sakuya, and Keine add to her breakdown.
- The party's reaction when Yuuka reveals that Ha needs to perform a Heroic Sacrifice to resolve the incident. Marisa is hit the hardest by this reveal, reduced to outbursts of denial.
- Whoever accompanies Ha in Chapter 11 is lamented of being unable to find any other solutions to resolve the incident.
- In the Paradise of Paradise, Flandre, Kogasa, and Sanae fight the party, desperate to bring Ha back. After the fight, all of Gensokyo gather to send Ha off. Flandre and Kogasa say their farewells to Ha while in tears.
- Ha's final moments before departing the party, thanking them for the times they've spent.
