Tear Jerker / Suicide Squad

• Flo's death in the original series. Oracle (who had grown fond of the girl) even breaks down in tears after Waller tells her what happened.
• In the DC Rebirth series: how Rustam destroys Waller in Suicide Squad #10, demolishing her I Am a Monster and The Dreaded facade.
  Amanda Waller:...I don't understand. This feels like losing. But I won.
• Windfall describing her Dark and Troubled Past, particularly the Rape and Revenge incident which drove her to the Squad, and later asking another teammate if God hates her after everything that's happened. Her facial expressions during both scenes really sell it.
