Hey all, Scott's Tear Jerkers here.

  • The ending to "The WiiWare Chronicles V" is actually quite sad. It has Scott explaining how sad it is that many of these games will simply cease to be. Just disappear and be forgotten. Even so, it ends with a rather massive Mood Whiplash when he bluntly admits the retrospective wasn't worth it.
  • In "It's a Bargain Bin Christmas", Scott finds himself needing to do charity work in order to stop being bankrupt, causing him to latch upon the idea of doing a charity dinner for "The Foundation for Recent Murderees". However, he can't afford to host it, and the bank won't give him a loan... so he is forced to sell his desk. The attendees of the gala wind up discovering this fact... after they caused him to leave in a huff when complaining about being given a pile of bargain bin games (even though they eventually found some games in the pile they actually want).
  • The review of Chibi-Robo!: Zip Lash brings out very genuine anger and disappointment Scott feels over Nintendo's treatment of the franchise that he sells very well. Aside from the wisecracks from Scott's friends and the fight against the Anti-Gex, it's the most serious that he has been in his reviews.
  • The ending to "Borderline Forever" can be this for some, due to the fact that it feels like a Series Finale (or even an End of an Era type of special) to the entire Scott The Woz channel (despite the fact it's not really that, and ironically releasing as the first new weekly episode after a hiatus), as Scott fixes up the Blue Border issues and saves the world after a reference/call-back filled adventure. The fact that the episode ends with a huge grand finale reprisal of "Stupid Nintendo Games" makes things even more bitter-sweet, and can bring a tear to any diehard Scott The Woz fan.
  • During "The Funeral", while it's ultimately Played for Laughs, Jeb is genuinely shaken up by Wendy's Employee's death, and is revealed to have a fear of dying himself.
