- Every time you see another team breaking down after losing. Especially if they have been developed beforehand so that you know just how important winning is to them. Prepare for waterworks at the end of every captain's match.
- Of note particularly in the Achiga-hen story, where Senriyama gains almost as much screentime as Achiga. At the end of the vanguard match, Toki collapses from using her ability too much to stop Teru from rampaging even further, falling to the floor. When her teammates are rushing her to the hospital in a gurney, she tries to play it off as not important, but her teammates tell her to save her energy for herself as she's done enough and reassure her that they have the win because of her efforts. When she encourages Izumi to win her match, it's clear that Izumi is in tears when she has to run away from Toki to remain and play in the tournament hall.
- Every time anyone talks about Teru with Saki there, Saki just disconnects herself from the situation and tries her best to remove herself (such as in the Combined Training camp when Hisa asks Touka about Shiraitodai and Mihoko also mentions that Nishida asked her about the Miyanaga sisters or when the Kiyosumi first years rush to see the Side-A vanguard match, in both situations Saki physically removes herself). It's such a different look from when we see Teru in Saki's flashbacks where Teru is encouraging and nice to her.
