- The song "Wind's Nocturne" aka Luna's boat song is a very sad and emotional song. It's all about Luna not knowing her place in the world and wonders if something will show her the way.
- Each time a dragon gets captured and taken. When you talk to Lemia after the Blue Dragon gets captured, she expresses sorrow for him as she considered him a true friend. She even reveals the Blue Dragon's true name is Cyan.
- The Black Dragon coming to Alex and the group in spirit form before they are forced to fight him. He knows he'll be losing control of his body in moments, but still wanted to help Alex.
- Luna singing with the other captive girls.
- Luna becoming Dark Althena. Just when everyone thought Alex and the group had stopped the Magic Emperor and saved Luna, things take a dark turn. Luna starts to laugh and her appearance changes. Her beautiful voice now sounds more sinister. It’s one of the biggest gut punches in the game to witness the once innocent Luna losing her humanity.
- The ending, wherein Alex reunites with Luna, just as the Goddess Tower starts to collapse, and the rest of the team has to escape without them. They stand on a nearby cliff, and watch the tower fall into the ocean, and can only assume that Alex and Luna died in the crash. When the normally tough-as-nails Jessica and wisecracking Nall BOTH start bawling their eyes out, it's almost impossible not to shed a few tears yourself. Good thing that both Alex and Luna reveal themselves to be perfectly fine a few seconds later.
