Tear Jerker / Heartless (2009)

• Jamie's mom being killed by a gang of hoodies early in the film.
• Jamie's dad making a speech about how the stars are at night, comparing them to him despite his birthmarks. Jamie ends up returning with him in the end and embraces him, symbolizing Jamie passing on.
