Tear Jerker / Gugure! Kokkuri-san

• In the final chapter when Kohina is forced to leave the Underworld after she had found out her life with Kokkuri and friends had been an illusion to prevent her death, she comes back to the real world alone. Although she relishes the fact no one can stop her from doing the things she wants, she soon realizes that she misses the companionship of her friends and doesn't want to be alone anymore. By Christmas it comes to a breaking point, as she tearfully plays the kokkuri game one more time to ask for her friends back. And they do return, as the time they had spent apart was to obtain visas to the human world to ensure they wouldn't be separated again.
  Kohina: Kindness, the warmth of being with others, the annoyances of being with others, and I now know... what "loneliness" is, too.
