The death of Donny. Linda faints for the shock and fatigue soon after, not before you have to briefly control her while she limps along, devastated.
After Linda has a talk with Ira, she heads back only to find Shelly hung to the ceiling by rope and Ms. Siska is gone. Linda is visibly shaken and leaves the area, her head hung depressingly.
The "good" ending as well. Linda is the Sole Survivor and though she is able to surpress and ignore most of it, she is followed by dark spirits and holds the powers of the Red Lady inside of her.
