The Eternal Love 3 (双世宠妃3; Shuāng Shì Chǒng Fēi 3) is a 2021 Chinese series starring Liang Jie and Xing Zhao Lin. It's the sequel to The Eternal Love and The Eternal Love 2.
Xiao Tan time-travels again, this time into a world where gender roles are reversed. Naturally the first thing she does is try to make Lian Cheng fall in love with her for the third time.

- Grand Theft Me: The empress possesses Xiao Tan. The real Xiao Tan is able to see what's happening but can't do anything to stop it.
- Polyamory: Xiao Tan ends up married to both Lian Cheng and his older brother Yan Chen.
- Sibling Triangle: Yan Chen is in love with Tan Er, who dies and is replaced by Xiao Tan, who's in love with Yan Chen's brother Lian Cheng.
- Slashed Throat: The empress kills Yan Chen by cutting his throat.

- Once again Xiao Tan and Lian Cheng's son is completely forgotten about.
- Yi Huai is conspicuous by his absence in the new timeline. His role as Lian Cheng's older brother and Tan Er's lover is taken by Yan Chen.
- Yaoi Fangirl: Xiao Tan is very excited at the thought of Lian Cheng and Yan Chen, even though they're both her husbands (and also brothers).
