Arnav Singh Raizada (Barun Sobti
) and Khushi Kumari Gupta (Sanaya Irani) have completely opposite views on life, love and marriage and regularly clash with each other.
The show ran from 2012 to 2013. It got a sequel series called Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? ...Ek Baar Phir, which ran from 2013 to 2015. This was followed by a third series simply titled Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? 3, which aired in 2017. All three series are available on the streaming service Hotstar; speaking of which, an eight-episode miniseries called Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon – Ek Jashn was made available on Hotstar in 2015.
