Divertis had several tv shows over the years. The first one was on PRO tv from 1999 to 2001. The second one was on Antena 1 and had various names:
- Divertis Show
- Divertis Mall
- Divertis Mall și Prietenii (Divertis Mall and Friends).
From 2001 to 20, they made 2 show Divertis - Land of Jokes (which was parodying the Romania tourism slogan at the time) (2009-2011) and Divertis - Serviciul Român de Comedie (Divertis - the Romanian Comedy Service (a pun on SRI
)) (2009-2014). Later the Divertis members who did Land of Jokes moved to TVR 1 under the name distractis while the members who did SRC remained 3 more years on PRO Tv. Divertis moved from PRO tv to Antena 1 in 2015 were they would have a short lived show called SRC-Fun Factory. Finally, Divertis moved one last time to Digi 24 were they made a new show called Superjurnal which is a satirical show that deals with news (internal and external), Fashion, Lack of Culture in Romania, and Sports as well as politicians and celebrities.
Divertis contains examples of:
- All Asians Wear Conical Straw Hats: The Chinese investor from "PRO Invest Show" wears one.
- Averted with the Japanese investors.
- Chain Lightning: Nemuriciul is able to shoot one from his staff.
- Curse Cut Short: In an episode of SRC Nicolas Sarkozy visits the Romania president Traian Băsescu and gives him a shovel as a gift of friendship. Then he proceeded to beg claiming that he does "The Romanian salute" prompting Băsescu to say his "French salute".Băsescu: Bonjour, Bonjour, Bonjour may i shove this shovel up your...
- Dramatic Shattering: Nemuriciu's hourglass gets accidentally shattered by Gelu's son and his girlfriend having sex.
- Dub Name Change: In-Universe done by the King of Hungary for Gelu, Glad and Menumorut.
- Fake-Out Make-Out: Subverted. While they were on a mission to spread communist propaganda, Ana Pauker tries to convince Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej to kiss her so the police won't notice. Dej rejects so instead they decided to act like an arguing couple.
- Germanic Efficiency: Ottobrekner from the "Greek crisis" sketch claims that Germans are the most efficient people and even described Germany as the "Engine of Europe".
- Satire: Unlike their rivals, they continued doing political humor. Except for the Distractis which became less political.
- "Scooby-Doo" Hoax: Done in an episode which was satirizing a hoax about a "haunted house" that was on the news at the time.
- Sex Sells: Nemuriciul wanted to make a movie about the 24th of August coup and decided to put a sexy female character in it so more people will watch.
- Sketch Comedy: Just like on stage, they also did sketch comedy on tv.
- Skewed Priorities: In the "Greek Crisis" sketch the Romanians are more worried about were they would go on holiday than the economic factors.
- Time Travel: The whole point behind nemuriciul.
- Workaholic: Ottobrekner can't last 5 minutes without work.
