The "Sleep it off, you'll be fine." gag comes in different flavors.

  Warrior: Just sleep it off, you’ll be fine.
  Black Mage: (Is heavily wounded and collapses)

• II
  (Maria is petrified)
  Firion: Just sleep it off, you’ll be fine. (Beat. Drags away Maria’s stone body)

• III
  Ingus: (mortally wounded) I don’t... feel so good... (falls and dies)
  Reifa: He’s dead! (Cries)
  Luneth: Just sleep it off, you’ll be fine.
  Reifa: (Stops crying) That doesn’t work in this one!

• IV
  (Cecil apparently talking to no one)
  Cecil: Just sleep it off, you’ll be fine. Uh... where are you?
  Rosa: (miniaturized and popping up from the bottom of the screen) Down here.
  Cecil: Oh there you are! Yeah yeah, go sleep it off, you’ll be fine.

  (Bartz talks to zombified Galuf)
  Bartz: Just sleep it off, you’ll be fine. (Zombie Galuf shuffles towards him) Uh oh! (runs off screaming)

  (Edgar talks to a kappa)
  Edgar: Just sleep it off, you’ll be fine. Uh... who are you?
  Kappa: (in weird voice) It’s me, Terra.
  Edgar: Eww... you really let yourself go!

  (Cloud cradles Aerith’s dead body)
  Cloud: Just... just sleep it off... you’ll be fine... Oh God... (bawls)

  (Quistis talks to Squall impaled by an icicle lance)
  Quistis: Just sleep it off, you’ll be fine.
  Squall: Please... insert... disc... t... two... ugh! (falls over)

  (Beatrix defeats Zidane, Freya, and Vivi)
  Beatrix: Oh just sleep it off, you’ll be fine. ... Oh come on, now, don't be so dramatic, I left you all with 1 HP. I'm not a total bitch, I'm just morally conflicted!

  (Tidus is mortally wounded)
  Tidus: I'm bleeding out of orifices I didn't even know I had...
  Yuna: Just touch the save point, you’ll be fine.
  Tidus: (touches save point and is healed instantly) Whoa! Incredible! This gives me an idea... (scene change to Tidus with the save point sphere strapped to his chest) FOR FREEDOM!!!! (jumps at Sin who vaporizes him)

  (Balthier talks to a heavily injured Basche)
  Balthier: Just stand around, stay away from the enemies, and let your HP regenerate slowly. You’ll be fine.

• XIII
  (Lightning talks to a heavily injured Snow)
  Snow: Ooooh! OOOOWWWW!
  Lightning: Just get into a random battle and your HP will recover after you win. You’ll be fine.
  Snow: OOOOWWWW!!! (drops dead)

• XIV Part 1
  (Hyurbert is looking rather blue)
  Hyurbert: I'm blind, slow, heavy, poisoned, paralyzed and silenced!
  Eliza: Just wait 20-30 seconds, you'll be fine!
  Hyurbert: But we're still in combat!
  (Camera zooms out to reveal Roechelle is fighting a morbol)
  Eliza: Oh, right. Uhh, Lalafelon?
  Lalafelon: (He's catching up on his fishing) Let him die.

• XV
  (Ignis talks to a heavily injured Noctis)
  Ignis: Just spam potions, you'll be fine.
  Gladiolus: (heavily injured with Prompto lying dead in the background) What about us?
  Ignis: .... same thing... I guess?

• Crisis Core
  (Zack falls onto Aerith's flowers, bones sticking out, bleeding all over)
  Aerith: Oh my god. Get off the flowers you heartless monster.
  Zack: Ugghh... call... an ambulance... Aaaggh!
  Aerith: Are we really reusing this joke word for word?
  Zack: If they're lazily gonna make me meet you the exact way Cloud does, then we're gonna use the exact same joke. Now just tell me to "sleep it off and I'll be fine."
  Aerith: Just... sleep it off you'll be fine?
  Zack: (pulling out a notepad) Check!

  • In the parody for III, Luneth takes things without paying and ups his tab, only to tell his party "We can never (visit this place) again".

• ''IV"
  • In the IV parody, Cecil, Kain, and Golbez give someone a card apologizing for their villainous wrongdoings in surprisingly accurate detail.
  Rydia: Where the hell are you guys getting these cards?
• *Also some party members sacrifice themselves to save everyone else, which gets on Cecil's nerves.
  Cecil: Would everyone please stop sacrificing themselves for a few minutes!? We are literally getting nowhere in this narrative because everyone decides to kill themselves over the slightest thing going wrong!

• *The heroes of V pointing and laughing at someone.
  Iron Claw: (in a hilariously wimpy tone) Don't laugh at me! I'm a feared assassin!
  Exdeath: Don't laugh! FEAR ME! I'M AN EVIL TREE!

• ''VIII"
  • Cid's Robin Williams "ha ha!" laugh.

• "X"
  • In X, no one knows Tidus' name since it was never spoken aloud the whole episode.
  • "X-2"
    • Something happens in X-2 which Yuna didn't know because she keeps ignoring the side quests.
    • Using recycled jokes or gags in X-2.
  • Guys from X and X-2 who have weird hairstyles apparently use "hair gels"^note it's actually semen.

• "XII"
  • Balthier constantly complains that the plot of XII isn't a rehash of Star Wars.

• "XIII"
  • Lightning and the cast of XIII repeatedly get hit with lawsuits by characters from previous games suing them for plagiarism, until finally getting sued by the fanbase for ruining the series.
    • Along with Sazh blaming Lightning for it.

• Unsorted:
• If something seems sexy, no matter how gross or monstrous it is, the heroes point out that they'd still hit it.
• "Excelsior!"
• A character having a baffled and silent "I don't know!" expression as with RABtoons other works.
  • For X-2 when Shinra does it, Yuna doesn't know what he's doing until he takes his mask off.
• Characters introducing themselves or others, ending with "by the way".
• "No need to be a dick about it."
• "Well this has been a monumental waste of time."
• "(Character saying that's not how things work or that's how things are)! Good day, sir!"
• "No! Reading is for nerds!"
• Some characters bypass guards by jumping on them or over them, accompanied by the Mario jump sound effect.
• If there's any writing, expect to see the phrase "Pee is stored in the balls".
• Noctis in the XV nutshell getting increasingly annoyed at how incomplete their game is with how its parts are split into DLC.
• In XIV Part 1, people can't understand Roechelle and demand she speak English or turn on Auto Translate. The only word she says to that is "No."
  • Although, in XIV: Heavensward Part 1 Roechelle stops speaking German and starts speaking English.
• Anytime Hyurbert points out the Fridge Logic of the plot in Final Fantasy XIV, he gets a nutshot.
• "Who does your hair? It's fabulous!"

• "Stop resisting!" (Punch)
• Ricard Highwind or rather the dragoon that heroes don't bother to remember the name. He did get join the party in II, but in other nutshells everyone rejects him.
• "This is real life!"
• "Not gonna fly, bub!"
• (Someone makes an obvious comment about why something happens or why they're like that) "Duuuh!"
• Why are you (something about black)?
  • Oh My God (someone's name), you can't just ask people why they're (something about black)!
• "Run away!" (Character runs off)
• Final Fantasy Tactics
  • "I end my turn!" In Delita's case, after moving as far from combat as he can, but other characters say the line too.
  • Everyone keeps saying Teta's name wrong, including her brother Delita.
  • Algus does something either it's completely Jerkass, annoying, or normal is treated by others (including Ramza) with disdain.
