However, it's all for naught when Lisa reveals she divorced Mort and the penthouse was hers. Moroever, Mort was a janitor at the company he worked at but got fired for not taking his job seriously and having affairs with multiple other women.

Not This Time...": Lisa's older sister, Laverne, set out to steal any potential boyfriend from her, but she always broke up with them on a few days out of boredom and repeated the cycle. Moreover, it turns out Giselda was deep in debt; her gloating about having Valentin pay it all off with his high salary, Lisa crushes the homewrecker's illusions by revealing he's unemployed.

When Bellamy comes over to Lisa's house to gloat about how Odell buys her lots of things and is going to buy a new luxurious house, Lisa herself reveals that her cheating ex-husband was deep in debt and declared bankruptcy.
• "Ex-Bestie Stole My Husband: Her Tearful Regret 2 Years Later!" - Leslie steals Lisa's husband, Bruno, with his mother approving of the relationship and demanding Lisa divorce him for "being slow and neglectful in her duties as a wife". Lisa obliges and leaves the new couple to live alone, but two years later, Leslie storms into Lisa's doorstep to have her remarry Bruno as the mother-son duo is actually a pair of slackers who are careless with money and treat her like a housemaid.
