Comic Books
  • Judge Dredd: One brief Story Arc involving Judge Dredd on the hunt for a spree-killer in Mega-City One who disintegrates his victims' bodies, only leaving their right hands, sets up a meeting between Dredd and an incarcerated spree-killer with a similar motive with left hands. This meeting is made to parallel Starling's first consultation with Hannibal Lecter. The prisoner even requests that he get "a cube with a view" for his assistance, but Dredd retorts that there's no such thing and convinces the prisoner to provide insight unconditionally after threatening him. Part One of this story arc was even titled, "The Silence of the Limbs".
  • The Long Halloween: Batman meets with the Calendar Man, a serial killer who committed his murders based on Holidays. In this imagining of the character, he looks similar to Hannibal Lecter. Including a glass cell in comparison to the typical iron bars.

  • Stranger Things: Nancy and Robin's visit to question Victor Creel is framed to bring to mind Hannibal being questioned, with Creel in a dark cell next to others which they are to stand back from while questioning him.
