- Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] Abridged: When Gilgamesh defeats Berserker, aka Heracles, he mocks him by saying he went from Hero to Zero, then offers to do a James Woods (who played Hades) impression if Berserker rises again as a full god to thrash him. He's disappointed when this doesn't happen.
- The Nostalgia Critic: During his review of FernGully 2: The Magic Rescue, when Batty starts singing a gospel-style musical number, the Critic shouts, "Oh, no, they got the music from Disney's Hercules! ABANDON FILM!"
- Family Guy: At the end of the Helen of Troy segment in "Heart Burn", Peter (playing the role of Paris) says they could have Hercules appear given that Family Guy is now owned by Disney. However, he's dismayed when he's then told they can't do that but that they can have Launchpad McQuack appear instead.

- Robot Chicken: A sketch from "May Cause Numb Butthole" involves Hades getting a haircut. Given that his hair is made of fire, the barber uses a fire extinguisher to put it out.
