  • Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid: The dub of Episode 11 has the titular dragon maid Tohru trying once again to get her friend and master, Miss Kobiyashi, to eat some of Tohru's tail meat. This time Tohru says, "Could you? Would you for the New Year?" Kobiyashi responds with, "I could not. Would not."

    A.J.: I will not do it playing pool, I will not do it in a school. I do not like green eggs and ham, I do not like them, Sam-
    President Shepherd: At ease, A.J., at ease!
  • G.I. Jane: When Lieutenant Jordan O' Neil is interrogated, she is determined not to give any usual info. When she is asked what her favorite food is, she says sarcastically, "Green eggs and ham."

    • In "Sammy's Independence Day", one of Kim's nicknames for Sammy is "Green Eggs and Sam".
    • In "Natural Born Delinquents", Greg reads Sammy Green Eggs and Ham as his bedtime story.
  • Saturday Night Live did a tribute to Dr. Seuss, by having Rev. Jesse Jackson read an excerpt from Green Eggs and Ham, introduced as reading from, "Sam I Am", (as opposed to say, "I Samuel").

  • In the Dinosaurs episode, "Terrible Twos", The Babysitter reads to Baby from the bedtime book, Blue Eggs and Toast, until Baby sets the book on fire.
  • The closing scene of Episode 4135 of Sesame Street features Oscar reading Slimey Rotten Eggs and Jam by Dr. Sewage, featuring Scram-I-Am and Gordon as a Cat in the Hat-esque character.

  • SuperMarioLogan:
    • Near the end of Part 1 of the "Bowser Junior's First Grade!" story arc, Jackie Chu reads Green Eggs and Ham to the class, saying that the titular food is very bad for you, and also accusing Dr. Seuss of not being a real doctor.
    • In "Jeffy's Bedtime!", Jeffy wants Mario and Rosalina to read him Green Eggs and Ham as well as make him the titular food. After Mario and Rosalina make him Green Eggs and Ham, Jeffy calls the tall guy in the book a liar for saying that he likes the titular food when he had only eaten the eggs, but not the ham.

  • Animaniacs:
    • In "The Warners and the Beanstalk", the Warners deal with the giant by using the goose's golden eggs and starting a version of Green Eggs and Ham, in this case, Gold Eggs and Meat.
    • At the end of "The Kid in the Lid", which parodies another Dr. Seuss book, the family is seen eating green ham.
    • Another sketch involved Ernest Hemingway suffering from writer's block. One of his aborted attempts at writing was "I am... sad. Sad, I am. I do not like blue eggs and spam."
  • An episode of Bobby's World is entitled Blue Eggs and Bobby, which features an Imagine Spot parodying the works of Dr. Seuss in general.
  • Dexter's Laboratory:
    • In the "Dial M For Monkey" segment, "Rasslor", the titular intergalactic wrestling champion challenges every superhero on Earth to a game of wrestling. When he takes on Sam-R-I, he says "I do not like your kick so high, I do not like it, Sam-R-I!"
    • In "Dexter's Library", Dexter finds a book called Green Bacon and Eggs on the wrong shelf in the library. Dexter's line, "I do not like Green Bacon and Eggs!", also alludes to the story.
  • Futurama: In "Fry Am the Egg Man", a crowd of faux-Scotsmen accuse Fry's pet bone vampire Mr. Peppy of devouring their sheep. Fry defends Mr. Peppy by saying "He wouldn't do this in our sleep! He would not, could not to a sheep!"
  • Histeria!: In "Presidential People", Loud Kiddington tries to persuade former President George H. W. Bush to eat some broccoli in a parody of Green Eggs and Ham. Bush does, and he hates it (it turns out, though, that Loud just wanted him to verify his distaste for it, because it provides an excuse for him and his friends to not eat it themselves).
  • The Johnny Bravo episode, "Cookie Crisis" is a parody of Green Eggs and Ham, with Suzy in the role of Sam-I-Am, and Johnny in the role of the tall guy.
  • Martha Speaks: In "Ice Scream", Helen reads a book called Blue Mangoes, where Genghis McGee tries unsuccessfully to convince Nicholas Mellow to eat the titular food.
  • In the My Dad the Rock Star episode "Metamorphic Rock" Rock makes Willy a disgusting-looking dinner he says is green eggs and ham, which he thinks is Willy's favorite meal. Willy corrects him saying that was his favorite book.
  • The Nature Cat episode "Mud Love" is a Whole-Plot Reference to the book. Hal is having a party for 'mud appreciation day', while finding and learning of various kinds of mud and their properties, to each kind Nature Cat remains obstinate that he "...doesn't like mud at all!", which he emphatically recites as a rhyme.
  • Robot Chicken: A sketch from "Never Forget" features Belle from Beauty and the Beast as a contestant on MTV's Date My Mom. On her date, Belle is seen reading Green Eggs and Ham.
  • In the short, "C.L.I.D.E. and Prejudice" from the Tiny Toon Adventures episode, "Elephant Issues", the students of ACME Looniversity are served Green Eggs and Spam for lunch. Plucky even mentions that the Mess Hall must be using the Dr. Seuss cookbook.
  • An episode of Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! has Shaggy and Scooby hounded by an extremely persistent Irish chef trying to get them to try crubeens and farl while speaking in the same rhyming scheme as the book. They also avert the usual trope when they finally do give in and try it. It's exactly as disgusting as they expected it to be.
