  • Animaniacs (1993): In "Back in Style", the Warners come across Obese Orson, who takes them to the vast video wasteland and informs his friends that they came to have fun, despite the show's characters proving otherwise.
  • The Fairly OddParents!: In "Channel Chasers", one of the TV shows that Timmy visits is Heavy Hal. He decides to join Hal's band, only to find out he's playing a pooper scooper.
  • Family Guy:
    • In "I Am Peter, Hear Me Roar", Fat Albert is among the neighbors of Spooner Street chosen for the timeshare for a boat. Peter mistakes him for singer Della Reese.
    • In "Peter Griffin: Husband, Father... Brother?", the Cosby Kids can be seen cheering for Peter after his speech.
    • In "Baby Not On Board", after running out of food and clean diapers, Stewie decides to get a job at McBurgerTown so he doesn't end up in worse shape than Morbidly Obese Albert. What follows is a cutaway where Albert's friends offer him chocolate, which he reveals that he can't eat because he has been diagnosed with diabetes, and the doctor had to amputate his foot. He then decides to eat just one chocolate, only to eat nearly all of them.
  • MADtv (1995) features an animated sketch called "Morbidly Obese Albert", where Albert suffers from a heart attack and contracts diabetes as a result of eating his own body weight in burgers at Clown Burger. After getting his feet amputated and being carried around by his friends in a wagon, Albert decides to celebrate surviving his heart attack at Clown Burger, which leads to his death.
