Israeli sitcom HaPijamot had an episode titled ‘Being Tal Mosseri’ in which the eponymous band find a secret passage into Israeli actor and ‘Arutz haYeladimnote where the show was airing host Tal Mosserinote brother of Ido, who played Oori on You Don't Mess with the Zohan. When they’re in his mind they are essentially in full (yet temporary) control over him, and they try to manipulate him into getting them a gig on the channel, to no avail.
Dutch sketch show Koefnoen had a parody of the film called Being Bram Moszkowicz, with a little door leading into the brain of Dutch celebrity lawyer Bram Moszkowicz, which is quickly exploited by the office worker who discovered it and gossip reporter Albert Verlinde. Of course, Moszkowicz also walks through the door, finding a universe populated by Moszkowiczes.
The Being Ian episode "Being Principal Bill" involves Ian finding a hole that leads into his school principal's brain.
An episode of Harley Quinn titled "Being Harley Quinn" has the series' supporting cast journey inside the head/mind of the titular Quinn, and one character lampshades that they're playing by Being John Malkovich rules when they find they're seeing the outside through Quinn's eyes at one point.
