The second battle to determine the fate of the You Show Duel School, Zuzu vs a Fusion Summoner named Julia Krystal (Masumi Kotsu). The two duel in an elegant crystal cathedral, serving as an appropriate battleground between Zuzu's Melodious monsters and Julia's Gem-Knights. Though she tries her best, Zuzu is distracted by her encounter with Yuya's doppelganger, and in her hesitation and doubt, she makes errors during the duel and loses.
With the stakes riding on the third duel, Sora backs out, leaving Gong to face the Synchro user, Kit Blade (Yaiba Todo) in a battlefield full of fallen swords. Kit uses his X-Saber monsters to swarm the field, but Gong is resolute that his Steadfast Dueling style can overcome him.

- Absurdly High-Stakes Game: The entire You Show Duel School, a legitimate business which if nothing else has property values, is being determined by a few duels.
- Badass Boast: Kit claims he is the strongest of the three Leo representatives, which considering his swarming playstyle and the ease of Synchro Summoning is not that far off. Dipper tries to argue back, but it is quickly noted that he lost his duel while Julia won hers.
- Deadpan Snarker: Julia shows herself to be one right after the duel.
- Designated Girl Fight: Julia vs Zuzu.
- Punny Name: In the dub, Kit Blade, in addition to being a joke about his X-Saber deck, Kit is the name for a baby fox - The X-Saber archetype is a mix of Beasts, Beast-Warriors and Warriors.
- Ship Tease: Yuya and Zuzu have a hug, before Zuzu realizes what was happening. The first of many ship teases these two have.
