It's time for another round of the Battle City Finals, and Kaiba will be facing off against the eighth duelist, who is none other than Ishizu. Everyone is shocked to learn that Ishizu is, in fact, Marik's older sister, and says that she wants to rescue him from his other self. Somewhere in another dimension, Marik shouts for help, but it's futile. Meanwhile, Kaiba has zero interest in Ishizu's family life, and only wants to win the tournament. Ishizu uses her Millennium Necklace to predict that Kaiba will lose the duel. She gets an upper hand with her Swords of Revealing Light card, but once that wears off, Kaiba draws Obelisk the Tormentor, waiting for an opportunity to summon it.
Elsewhere, Mokuba is trying to translate the inscription on the Winged Dragon of Ra card, and Mai, of course, is still in a coma.
