One year after the roommates parted ways, they find themselves reunited at Staten Island, all with new goals in place.

He doesn't elaborate any further on how that happened, merely that it annoyed him that he couldn't feel special if everyone were vampires so he left and went back to Staten Island.

was Nandor's fault, having sucked the blood of everyone on board and causing it to verge out of control. - Running Gag:
- People falling through the holes in the floor into the flooded basement and saying that it definitely smells like a gas leak down there.
- Nandor either asking for a candle to be given to him when he's in the basement or offering to throw one to the people who have fallen down there. Yes, the same basement with the gas leak.
- Everyone describing Child Colin crawling out of the body of the dead Colin Robinson.
- Nadja mistaking a raccoon for Child Colin.
- Stating the Simple Solution: As the vampires are thinking up increasingly more outlandish plans how to get the money to renovate their house, Guillermo suggests they could just use their hypnotic powers to rob a bank. However, Nadja quickly silences him to force the others to pick her plan to open a night club.
- Suspiciously Specific Denial: Guillermo would like you to know that being made a best man is definitely better than being made a vampire, regardless of what some people might think. And that he's taking care of himself first... right after he takes care of a couple other things first, like actually properly childproofing the house for Child Colin.
- Trash of the Titans: The house promptly falls into even greater disrepair while Laszlo is left in charge for a year, without Guillermo around to keep it maintained. The basement is flooded, wooden floorboards have rotted everywhere, Laszlo knocked various walls down while thinking Guillermo's knocking was something in the pipes, and raccoons have infested the place.
- Vampires Own Night Clubs: Nadja ran this idea by the Supreme Vampiric Council, only to be told that all new vampires come up with it, but they don't do things that way. The episode ends with her pushing to turn the Staten Island council chambers into one.
