Episode Tropes

  • Batman Gambit: Juggler concocts a complex, yet an epic one that got his team back on the job: once Barossa shows up followed by Yoko piloting Sevengar without authorization from GAFJ higher-ups, followed by the ensuing fight between Barossa, Z, and King Joe; then transforming into Tri, and later Five King to join the fray. Juggler then uses King Joe as Bulletproof Human Shield so GAFJ could obtain data from Z's Zestium Beam to activate Ultroid Zero.
  • Bittersweet Ending: The STORAGE members are allowed back after their victory against Barossa III but Haruki feels though as his dreams have been taken forcefully from him however Juggler reassures him that he'll do good, likewise the Five King Medals are retrieved by Celebro, who's possessing Kuriyama meaning that he is slowly regaining his plan's pieces.
  • The Bus Came Back: Besides Sevenger, Gamma Future returns for the first time after being unused since episode 16: The Lion's Cry.
  • The Fellowship Has Ended: Not only to STORAGE, but also the mechanic team as a whole, all of them walk into separate paths/departments. Only Juggler, Inaba and Satoshi are the ones who outright abandon GAFJ as a whole.
  • Mr. Fanservice: The entire scene of Haruki practicing with his upper body exposed is basically an eye candy to the female audience. Do note that Koichi Sakamoto is directing this episode, known for his own style of fanservices.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: GAFJ disbanding STORAGE and claiming all their assets isn't as simple as we think. Disbanding STORAGE also means losing the people with right talent for piloting SAA, as seen when a King Joe STORAGE Custom pilot was easily trounced compared to Yoko in Sevenger, who's experience more than making up the first SAA's shortcomings. Because of this, GAFJ was forced to conscript Yoko, hence she got her job back.
