A mysterious artifact is excavated from the Ultra-Ancient ruins. As GUTS-Select investigates, the treasure Ignis had been hunting awakens Oka-Gubila! With the town in danger, Kengo must transform into Trigger to make everyone smile!

- Continuity Nod:
- Akito still resents Kengo for being Trigger's host and brings up past events to talk about it.
- The Dark Giants bring up the Eternity Core and attempts to bring out Yuzare from Yuna, also revealing that they plan to put Yuna on peril to achieve their goals.
- Failed Dramatic Exit: Ignis appears to make a graceful and showy escape from Yuna, Kengo, Akito and some security guards by leaping over them and away... Only to simply land in front of them and then make a run for it mundanely.
- In a Single Bound: This is played straight with Okagubila who can jump hundreds of meters into the air with one jump but subverted with Ignis who seems to jump away a long distance when confronted by security guards... Only to show that he simply jumped over them and then mundanely runs away from the scene.
- MacGuffin: The Ancient Artifact of the ruins is sought out by Ignis, Okagubila and GUTS-Select for different reasons each
- Noodle Incident: Ignis never explains how he got his hands on a Gue-Basser's feather.
- A Twinkle in the Sky: After being launched into the air by Okagubila, Ignis ends up leaving this behind.
- Whole-Plot Reference: The episode borrows a lot of its plot points from Ultraman Tiga's 43rd episode, "Land Shark", as both episodes involve a burrowing Land Shark Kaiju (Geozark in Tiga and Okagubila in Trigger) chasing after an Ancient Artifact taken from ruins of the Ultras. Though Okagubila is an organic kaiju instead of a robot like Geozark.
