Recap / Tracker S1E1 "Pilot"

Go To

An alien being arrives to Earth via a wormhole, taking on the form of a male underwear model on an ad. Calling himself Cole after the underwear brand, the alien meets a bar owner named Mel Porter, who gives him a ride to Chicago and let him stay in her spare room. Cole has trouble communicating or even doing anything at first, as he's still adapting to his human body. Meanwhile, a series of murders are committed by another alien named Rhee, who has taken the body of a prostitute. Mel suspects that Cole is an undercover federal agent and that he's searching for Rhee as part of his assignment. Cole builds himself a tracker from Mel's computer and various appliances. Cole and Mel chase down Rhee, and Cole fights the criminal, eventually sucking out Rhee's life force using a device he brought with him to Earth. He then encounters Zin, an alien scientist, who has staged a prison break for 218 convicts from Cole's star system, all of whom took the bodies of train passengers. Mel finally starts to believe Cole.
