Recap / Time Stop Brave Ch 19 War and Stop

Go To

They see a huge meteorite in the crater and note that it resembles the Life Stone. Ranga goes down and Sekai warns her to be careful, but she picks it up and says it is light for a rock. Fury examines it and says it is made of rare healing stone, the same material on healing staves. It gives off healing magic, and since healing magic harms darklings, they can use it to fight them.

Sekai freezes time and has Gankichi bring them and the meteorite back to the castle in the cart. The Realm of Darkness is about to reach the coast and the timer has roughly 4 hours left. He unfreezes time and they are let in. He freezes time again to bring Lovisa and the King to them. When he unfreezes time, the King blushes and Lovisa is embarrassed because she was just in her room and is only wearing slippers, panties, and a translucent nightgown. She tries to cover herself, but the King says that is not necessary. Niña calls Sekai the worst, but he says every second counts and if she does not shut up, she will find herself instantly stripped. Lovisa says fine, they will talk right now.

They show them the healing stone meteorite. Fury says they can break chunks off it and insert them into swords and staves, but the weapons have to be specially designed for that purpose. The King says he knows where to find these weapons. He leads them to a hidden armory where they find a multitude of weapons designed to have healing stone inserted into it. He says his father commissioned these weapons and now he knows his father dedicated his life to this day.

Lovisa has a flashback to when she was serving King Tutoom. He said he knows she is doing research on Necromancy even though the League of Mages forbids it. He will not turn her in. He is dying of an illness. He asks her to promise to look after his son and country until his son comes of age. She says she is not a noble, she was an orphan who never knew her parents, but he says that doesn't matter. She may continue her research because the Forces of Darkness are coming and they need all the help they can get.

Sekai freezes time and he and Gankichi insert healing stone in all the weapons. He tests one by slashing a darkling with it and it disintegrates. Satisfied, he equips all the soldiers with them. When he unfreezes time, the Realm of Darkness finally reaches the coast. The darklings storm the beach and try to climb over the wall, but the soldiers start killing them. Niña rides on Bahamut and signals to Sekai where the greatest concentration of darklings are, and he freezes time to kill them instantly. The soldiers cheer for him. Standing on the beach, Zaraza says she is surprised they have weapons that can kill them, but it doesn't matter. The darklings are endless, and sooner or later, the humans will be overwhelmed. Sekai finds her.

Watching from the castle, the King and Lovisa comment on how the darklings had many other ships. Judging by the numbers, their forces will not hold out. Lovisa says she has faith that Sekai will save them.

The next thing Zaraza knows, she is suddenly shackled to a post near the wall. Sekai calls out to the darklings that if they don't back off, he will torture her. He strips her, then starts groping her breasts and fingering her vagina. As everyone looks on in disbelief, she screams at the darklings to keep fighting while trying to resist the pleasure, but the darklings hesitate. The King cannot believe what he is seeing. Lovisa says Sekai came up with this plan after observing what happened the last time he met Zaraza. Since the darklings retreated with her, he deduced that they will not do anything without their commander. Gankichi starts spinning a wheel with brushes attached so each one hits her vagina, making her really scream. Eventually, all the darklings return to their ships and start sailing away. Zaraza calls them stupid.

Suddenly, the titanic form of the King of Darkness appears standing in the water and orders the darklings to stop retreating. Sekai says he had a plan for him too. Niña orders Bahamut to do it, saying this is payback for when he destroyed Belltree. Bahamut launches a fireball at the sky to part the clouds and let the sunlight fall on the King of Darkness. Now that he's vulnerable, Bahamut launches a fireball at him.
