After the two get dressed, Sekai realizes the healing powers of the Life Stone are what healed him and boasts that he's immortal. The mountain woman raises her axe and offers to test that, and he declines. Niña and Fury pout and start walking away while he protests that he didn't do anything with her. The woman introduces herself as Ranga, the mountain tribe's chief, then says she will keep following him until he passes the stone. He says he will return it when he is done with it, then freezes time to grope her. He unfreezes time and they get on Bahamut, who flies away. However, Ranga jumps down the mountain and starts chasing them on foot.
Meanwhile, a castle guard notices the Nether Gate is open and an army of ghouls and a giant demon are coming out of it. Terrified, he fights a few ghouls off, then sounds the alarm. As the ghouls swarm the castle, the guards try to fight them, but the demon grabs a few guards and crushes them. Lovisa asks what is going on because the Nether Gate is not supposed to open by itself. She enters the King's bedroom where he is just waking up and asks what is going on. She says ghouls have broken into the castle, but she will protect him. She identifies the demon as Demogorgon and thinks only Sekai could defeat it. The ghouls reach the King's room and try to break down the door. Lovisa prepares a spell, determined to protect the King, but Sekai freezes time, kills the ghouls, and enters the room.
He unfreezes time and they are shocked that he appeared in front of them, and even more surprised when they look out the window and see all the ghouls are dead. Demogorgon remains, then it sees them in the window and moves towards them. Sekai says he didn't think he could kill it, but he knows someone who can. Bahamut appears with Niña riding on his back and she tells him to take the demon out. He blasts Demogorgon with a fireball, annihilating it, along with part of the castle. The King says he is amazing. The timer has roughly 3 hours left since the round trip to Mount Godfall and the time he spent unconscious wasted a lot of time. Sekai says he got the Life Stone and asks if Lovisa can perform the ritual, but she says it will take 3 more days for her to recover after the last time she did it. Annoyed, he freezes time to strip and grope her, saying if he doesn't get a Stage Clear soon, he's toast. He returns her clothes and unfreezes time. Suddenly, the sky turns dark and the fireworks display happens while he receives the STAGE CLEAR message. Everyone is amazed and Lovisa says he really is the Brave.
As the sky returns to normal, the people marvel at what they just saw, then they see the dark clouds that make up the Realm of Darkness approaching from the sea. Inside are ships carrying darklings, including Zaraza. Lovisa tells Sekai the fate of Mount Cape is in his hands.
