The girls keep staying up past their bedtime to watch episodes of Space Towtruck. However the house soon comes under siege by one of the Professor's experiments: A sentient pillow so comfy it can put anyone to sleep. Thus the Utonium family find themselves on guard as they try to stop it.

- Dwindling Party: Like the horror genre it's parodying, the Utoniums get picked off one by one by the pillow.

- Buttercup going for a high five with Bubbles every time she makes a pun.
- The girls trying to get back to Space Towtruck before someone named Spoiler Cheryl ruins the surprise of the show for them.

- The Professor odd limited animations when he first alerts the girls are ones to 80's anime.
- To the films Alien and Aliens due to a creature stalking the family. Bubbles even shouts out "Game Over, man! Game over!"
- When the girls discuss what Space Towtruck secret is, Bubbles figures he's been a ghost the entire time.
- To Jurassic Park when the pillow manages to get the drop on Blossom.
Blossom: Clever pillow. - Xanatos Gambit: The whole thing turns out to be a ploy by the Professor to get the girls to go to bed. The pillow is actually quite friendly and working with him. While it manages to put Blossom and Buttercup to sleep, Bubbles falls asleep all on her own due to chasing it the entire night.
