  • Instantly Proven Wrong: When Kermit assures Buddy that the power outage the theater is suffering from will be fixed soon, Buddy tells him not to worry, as he has eyes like a cat. He then turns around and bumps into some furniture, sending it crashing to the floor.
    Buddy: A really clumsy cat.
  • Mistaken for Suicidal: In the dressing room, Beauregard complains to Buddy, "The electric stuff won't go through the wires, and everybody's blaming me."
    Buddy: Oh, you're the one that's caused this mess.
    Beauregard: You see what I mean? Everybody's out to get me. Could I use your window?
    Buddy: Well, I know it's bad, Beau, but don't jump.
    Beauregard: Jump? I was just going to take a nap on the fire escape.
  • Power Outage Plot: The power goes out in the Muppet Theater, so the Muppets have to deal with performing in the dark.

Waldorf: Where were you when the lights went out?
Statler: In the dark. Where else, you old fool?
