Mario and Luigi Turn Into Babies is the third episode of The Mario Plushie Cinematic Universe.
Luigi invites Mario to a science fair with him, and after a bit of reluctance, Mario gives in. At the science fair, Kamek presents the "Down and Up Age Machine", which can change people's ages. He is bombarded with stupid questions, and decides to let someone volunteer to demonstrate the use of the machine. The volunteer, a Koopa, is aged so rapidly he turns into a Dry Bones. This causes pandemonium at the science fair.
After the fight has cleared, Mario and Luigi are left laying on the ground. Luigi jumps into the machine and Mario jumps after him, but ends up in the machine, and they are both turned into babies. They go up to Kamek for help, and he says the machine only works twice. He mentions they can get their ages back to normal by beating Devil. Inside Devil's lair, he receives the news that Mario and Luigi are coming.
Mario and Luigi are on their way to Devil's lair when they're attacked by bolts of lightning. They barely escape and get to what they think is a safe location, until they're zapped again. This flings them to the door of Devil's lair. They enter and are attacked by Devil's mooks, all of whom they defeat. Eventually, they're faced with Devil. They quickly realize they won't win in a fist-to-fist fight, so Devil compromises by rolling the dice to decide their fate. If Mario and Luigi win, they're returned to normal. If Devil wins, they belong to him.
Mario offers to go up against Devil, but Luigi, in a rare moment of bravery, steps up. He says Mario is always the one who does the heroics, and that it's his turn to do something good. Luigi and Devil roll the dice, and while Devil gets a pretty good hand, Luigi gets all sixes. Devil disappears, and as he said, Mario and Luigi are returned to adults. Mario promptly falls asleep.

- Shout-Out: Luigi, upon seeing Devil, says, "Hey, that's the guy we made Luigi The Ghostbuster with!"
- Take That!:Mario: Are you kidding me? Farkle??
