Claire and Shaun race back to the hospital with a donated organ. Shaun meets his neighbor, Lea, without having the slightest idea of the consequences of this meeting...
- Decomposite Character: Lea from Dr. Cha of the original Korean series. The role of neighbor is given to Lea and not to Claire.
- Establishing Character Moment: Lea's two scenes in the episode already say a lot about her impulsive but gentle personality. She is introduced as Shaun's neighbor, knocking on his apartment door to borrow batteries for his video game (they had never seen each other before) and advising him not to feed the cat otherwise he will never abandon him. At the end of the episode, Lea finds it strange, but doesn't complain when Shaun asks for the batteries back, and is impressed to discover that he is a surgeon (and only then do they introduce themselves).
- Foreshadowing: It is not known if it was intentional, considering that Lea was originally created to be One-Shot Character, but her dialogue with Shaun about not feeding the cat, otherwise he will never leave, perfectly describes their relationship during the series.
- Second Episode Introduction: Lea, who would become Shaun's best friend, is introduced in this episode.
- Wham Episode: The episode introduces Lea Dilallo, a character who will have a huge importance in Shaun's life.
