The first episode of the seventh season of
The Fairly OddParents! and the ninety-third episode overall. Since
all Fairies have an Anti-fairy counterpart, Poof's
Evil Counterpart Foop is born. From the moment he is born, Foop is already even more intelligent and
evil than his father, Anti-Cosmo, and
turns on the Anti-fairies. Soon after, Foop learns that his Fairy counterpart Poof was born before him, thus stealing the title of first magical baby born in 10,000 years. Foop now sets his sights on getting rid of Poof
so that he will get all the attention.
This episode provides examples of:
- Arch-Enemy: Foop immediately becomes this to Poof.
- Balance of Good and Evil: An anti-fairy is supposed to be born for every fairy. When we first see him, Anti-Cosmo is bothered by the fact that there is no Anti-Poof, oblivious to Anti-Wanda's Obvious Pregnancy.
- Balloon Belly: Anti-Wanda balloons to a massive size while giving birth to Foop.
Anti-Wanda: I'm so happy, I could explode! (

- Characterization Marches On: Foop is more malicious and a bigger threat who Hates Everyone Equally that prefers to work alone to the point where the Anti-Fairies are forced to aid the Fairies in singing a lullaby to calm Foop and make him sleepy. Compare that to his later appearances which play up his comedic side a lot more and being more likely to be on the receiving end of slapstick than dishing it out and having no problem teaming up with other villains for evil plans by the following season.
- Enfant Terrible: Foop.
- Didn't Think This Through: After Anti-Cosmo names Foop, he observes that the name sounded far more evil in his head than when spoken aloud.
- Exact Words: Anti-Wanda: "I'm so happy, I could explode!" Cue Action Bomb.
- Evil Counterpart: Taken further with Foop, who is cube-shaped to contrast Poof's round shape.
- Magic A Is Magic A: While male fairies are the ones who give birth, Anti-Fairies have babies born the traditional way by the female; justified as Anti-Fairies are normal fairies' complete opposites.
- Mister Seahorse: Averted; since Cosmo gave birth to Poof in "Fairly Odd Baby", Anti-Wanda gives birth to Foop.
- "Pop!" Goes the Human: This happens to Anti-Wanda when she gives birth to Foop. Unlike most examples, she doesn't die, and actually enjoys it.

- The name of the store Timmy, Cosmo, Wanda and Poof were exiting at the beginning is "Crowns R Us".
