Cosmo is invited to a high school reunion, but, afraid of being picked on by his former bully, he lies about what he's done since high school, while Timmy tries to find a bathroom after drinking too much juice, but bathrooms in Fairy World don't have doors.
Tropes:
- Distracted by the Sexy: Near the end of the episode, Cosmo finally almost decides that Wanda is more important to him than the shallow admiration of his former classmates but starts having second thoughts when Britney Britney comes into his field of vision.
- Laser-Guided Karma: Cosmo and Wanda don't lift a finger to help Timmy with his bathroom dilemma, not even suggesting he just wish his bladder was no longer full. Timmy ends up resorting to his only option, peeing in the punch bowl, and not telling them until after they drink it.
- Mock Millionaire: Cosmo pretends to be rich at the High School reunion.
- Nerdy Bully: Cosmo was apparently so unpopular in high school that even the nerds picked on him.
- Potty Emergency: Timmy spends the entire episode needing to go to the bathroom after drinking too much lemonade, but is unable to due to Fairy World's lack of doors. He finally lets it out at the end into the punch bowl, much to Cosmo's and Wanda's, who were drinking the punch at the time, shock and disgust.
- Series Continuity Error: Wanda explains that the doors in Fairy World don't work and are just painted on, but several episodes that aired before and after this one showed functioning doors in Fairy World.
- Shout-Out:
- The invitations to the Fairy World high school reunion are delivered by an owl wearing a red and yellow scarf.
- Cosmo's former high school bully is named Luthor Lex.
- Tempting Fate: Lampshaded - Wanda says that she doesn't want to be like Timmy right before asking "what else could possibly go wrong?". Cue Juandissimo showing up and taking advantage of the fact that Wanda is pretending to be Cosmo's unmarried secretary to try to woo her.
- Trophy Wife: Britney Britney acts like one to Cosmo when he's pretending to be a millionaire. Apparently, he hypnotized her into thinking he's Chip Skylark.
