When Timmy's wishing begins to turn "worse", Jorgen and the Pixies convince him to sign a contract to prove he's worthy of keeping his fairies by only making "good" wishes.

  • Brick Joke: Cosmo at one point in the episode believes Jorgen "might" have an extension cord sticking out of his butt, as he has never looked there. At the end of the episode, Cosmo does look behind Jorgen and finds no extension cord.
  • Foreshadowing: There is proof that the robot Jorgen is not the real Jorgen:
    • The robot Jorgen was talking in robot speak a few times.
    • The real Jorgen has huge biceps while the robot Jorgen doesn't.
    • The robot Jorgen has different clothes.
  • Literal Metaphor: Three of Timmy's "bad" wishes in the episode, first he wishes for actual flying pigs, then for a ghost pirate to tell them a story, but he would rather attack Dimmsdale with the rest of his ghost crew, which can be considered "Dead Men Tell No Tales", and finally he has it literally raining cats and dogs.
  • Loophole Abuse: HP puts shock collars on Cosmo and Wanda that will electrify them if Timmy makes a wish that's not approved, and the only wish approved is that he hands control of Fairy World to the pixies. Timmy wishes Cosmo and Wanda were made of rubber, a material that doesn't conduct electricity, and the contract stated that Timmy would be let loose if he broke his bad wish habit, which he technically did by making a very smart wish that directly benefited his fairies. It also fulfilled the contract's obligation of being a wish that was "both responsible and irresponsible", since on the one hand, rubber doesn't conduct electricity, but on the other hand, Cosmo and Wanda are now fairy-sized superballs, with all the destructive potential that entails.
  • Shock Collar: The Pixies make Timmy sign a contract that would supposedly help him get rid of any "bad" wishes and put collars on Cosmo and Wanda that release an electric shock every time they grant a wish that is considered "bad". In fact, the only good wish on the contract is handing Fairy World over to the Pixies. However, thanks to a loophole in the contract (making an irresponsible wish that is at the same time responsible will cause the contract to be null and void), Timmy wishes for both his godparents to be made of rubber, making them immune to the shocks and nullifying the contract as a result.
