Along with his agent co-worker, Fiona Frost, Twilight must enter an underground tennis tournament in an attempt to recover the Zacharis Dossier, rumored to "reignite the flames of war," before the government of Ostania does. Meanwhile, Yor struggles with her insecurities and worries about Loid's "lover."

- Becoming the Mask: Fiona is surprised seeing Twilight becoming more and more "human" with his interactions with Yor and Anya, quietly chiding him for going against what he taught her as her mentor.
- Bittersweet Ending: Leans on the "sweet" part rather than "bitter", but the whole effort was pointless due to Zacharis' dossier containing only the postcards of various idols. Loid is understandably disappointed, but the only thing keeping this from getting All for Nothing is that the proof that nothing in the dossier could re-ignite war, as Sylvia puts it.
- Insecure Love Interest: Fiona's arrival (and gaslighting) causes Yor's insecurities to flare up, and she spends much of this arc wondering if Loid wants to replace her with Fiona.
- Laser-Guided Karma:
- Loid's efforts to Honey Trap Yor leads to a kick to the chin so intense Loid passes out for some time.
- Fiona's efforts to sabotage Loid and Yor's relationship ends up with her racket (and pride) shattered into pieces.
- Nerd Hoard: This is the nature of the Zacharis dossier - his collection of theatre starlet photos. He's a fan of musical theatres and their actressesnote , but his wife is disgusted with this hobby of his (which is justified, given he's at least middle-aged and is a prominent government official) and ordered him to throw away his collection, which he responded by hiding the stash with the archives of the Ostanian intelligence, ending up causing a rumour that it contains material that would restart a war.
- Overshadowed by Awesome: Fiona is a capable athlete, as the arc demonstrated, but she might as well be a novice in front of Yor's sheer strength.
- Punny Name: The pseudonyms Fiona chooses for her and twilight? Twain and Natafia Phony.
- Serious Business: The underground tennis tournament is pretty intense in order to win in tennis, to put it mildly.
- So Proud of You: The Campbelldon boss is proud of his son deciding to train in tennis after losing to Loid and Fiona, while his assistant is horrified seeing his losses at the betting.
- Training from Hell: Anya tries to sabotage Fiona replacing Yor as the Forger matriarch after seeing Fiona literally whip her into shape so that Anya gets more Stellas quickly.
