Evil snake witch, now fun sized
The Reunion Express Arc is the tenth story arc in Soul Eater. As Medusa returns from the grave, Stein attempts to teach his students on a new technique, only for it to pose problems regarding teamwork. Meanwhile, Kid is tasked by his father to retrieve the Eternal Spring from the Runaway Express but becomes suspicious of his father and the creator of the Demon Tools, Eibon."The Reunion Express Arc" contains examples of:
- A Wizard Did It: A literal example. the eternal spirng, a magic tool that keeps the runaway express running forever was made by the wizard Eibon
- Cool Train: You gotta admit, the runaway express is a train that never stops, doesn't need tracks, and can apparently goo up hundred of feet in the air. Also doesn't seem to need a conductor.
- Just Train Wrong: no real life train could ever run forever, arrive perfectly on time down to the second, and certainly not go hundreds of feet into the air. ON top of al that, there aren't even any tracks in the desert for the train to run on. Justified as A Wizard Did It literally, the wizard Eibon made the engine so this shouldn't be very surprising.
- Thriller on the Express: Episode 30 of the anime, "The Red Hot Runaway Express". Kid, Patty and Liz have to board the speeding train and fight an enemy on board for possession of a magical artifact, while a third party outside is fighting both sides.
- Wham Shot: Kid sees the names of Eibon and Death on the inner plate of the box the eternal spring goes to, showing they worked together at some point in the past.
