Don't worry, our heroes will solve this one as always.

After an explosion occurs in Skylands, the Skylanders and Ka-Boom are informed by the mysterious perpetrator that he has planted several other bombs around Skylands, and if the heroes wish to stop them, they are gonna have to solve the tasks and riddles that are connected with them. Meanwhile, Dark Spyro is trying to personally get information on Arkus from both Eon and Kaossandra.
This episode provide examples of:
- An Aesop: Even if you are the best at something, don’t be afraid to ask others for help from time to time.
- Bungled Hypnotism: Spyro puts Eon and Kaossandra in a hypnotic stance in order to get them to bring him the map to Arkus, to failed results. At first, the two bring things that just sounds like “Map to Arkus”, but eventually, Spyro manages to break through to Eon and make him understand what he’s looking for, and Eon suggests that the map could be hidden in the Relics Room’s secret vault. Unfortunately, Spyro accidentally says “sheep”, which is a trigger word that makes Eon believe he’s a sheep. Spyro doesn’t manage to bring him to his normal stance before the hypnosis has worn off.
- I Warned You:Ka-Boom: I don’t like to say “I told you so”, but I love to say, “See?!”.
- Tempting Fate: As Dark Spyro is giving his thank speech, he assures the people at the Skylands Awards that Skylands has nothing to fear with the Skylanders on duty, right before an island nearby explodes.
- Whole-Plot Reference: To Die Hard, most specifically Die Hard with a Vengeance, as the plot involves the Skylanders traveling around Skylands and solving riddles to stop bombs from blowing up.
