Dark Spyro has now infiltrated Skylanders Academy under the guise as normal Spyro and begins his mission to locate the Map to Arkus, and his first instinct is to ask Eon about it. His plan is to infect Eon’s phone with a truth spell that will cause him to only speak truths, but it gets a bit out of hand. Meanwhile, Kaos tries to get Strykore to spend more time with him, even though the latter wants nothing to do with him.
This episode provide examples of:
- Big "SHUT UP!": When Spyro has gotten enough of hearing everyone’s honest opinions of him, he shouts “STOP IT!”, and unleashes a blast powered by the stress.
- Brutal Honesty: Everyone who got affected by Spyro’s truth spell ends up only being able to tell truths, and everyone’s honest opinions towards each other is not something any of them can take gracefully, as fights break out among them because of how badly they take them.
- A Rare Sentence: At the end of the episode, Glumshanks finds himself agreeing with an idea Kaos made for once, which is something he finds unbelievable.
- Truth Serums: Dark Spyro can place a spell inside emails and phone apps that makes anyone who sees said email or app be unable to tell a lie. He tries to use this on Eon to get him to tell him where the map to Arkus is, but it instead gets spread out throughout the entire academy and gets everyone there affected, except for Eon.
