The Sushi Connection is the sixth episode of 6teen.
Caitlin lands a date at a sushi restaurant with Kyle Donaldson, but the gang is concerned because Kyle is known to be a womanizer.

- Date Peepers: After Caitlin leaves on her date with Kyle and Jen learns of his reputation as a player (when it comes to romance and dating), she makes Jonesy and Wyatt spy on their date—but in this case, they're doing it as way to help/protect Caitlin.
- Does This Make Me Look Fat?: One of the Khaki Barn customers, who has a noticeable pot belly, puts on a dress from the store and asks Nikki if the dress makes her look fat. Nikki rudely answers yes, prompting the girl to sigh and return to the changing room.
- This girl would later return in Girlie Boys as the manager for the known-to-be-fattening Chocoholics' Anonymous wearing the exact same dress, so she must not have taken the advice to heart.
- Informed Flaw: Combined with Noodle Incident—Kyle Donaldson is apparently such a player when it comes to dating that he's known as "Dirty Donaldson." Jonesy claims that Kyle once dated five different girls within a single summer and Jen, after realizing who Kyle is, claims that all the girls at a soccer camp she once attended knew about Kyle (and his reputation) and that, as a result, he wasn't even allowed on the camp's grounds. While Kyle reveals himself to be a womanizing jerk, we never see him do anything inappropriate to/with Caitlin, so it really makes you wonder what he did to earn his nickname (as well as to not even be allowed on the grounds of Jen's old soccer camp).
- Ocular Gushers: Caitlin gets this when she learns the hard way just how hot wasabi really is.
- Urban Legends: When Wyatt learns of who Kyle is, he admits that he thought "Dirty" Donaldson was just an urban legend.
- Vomit Indiscretion Shot: Caitlin + Sushi + Roller Coaster = Disaster for everybody else on the ride.
