Stormy, Shanks, and Sparks's French cinema appreciation club is interrupted by the sound of a draining noise. When Quinn comes up to find out what that is, they all find out really quickly.
Something drained all the water surrounding Sealab.
Everyone steps outside Sealab to look at where the ocean used to be. As Quinn tells Debbie "the men are talking", Stormy smacks a shark with a stick. Shanks and Quinn ignore Debbie and her opinions and she walks off in a huff to investigate without them. The shark bites off Stormy's arm, but he's more concerned about the shark taking his stick.
Debbie rants about how sexist the men are as Hesh sunbathes. He tries to hit on Debbie and in response she drops a shark on him, who promptly attacks Hesh.
Virjay has grafted the stick onto Stormy's arm, who's pleased by this turn of events. Hesh, now with both legs missing, wants in on the stick action.
Debbie has found where all the water went: it's receded behind a mysterious forcefield. Meanwhile, Sparks is trying to sell all the scuba tanks. He finds a buyer and decides to get himself a new chair. Debbie tries to contact Sparks, but he tells her "the men in chairs are talking".
Debbie goes to find Shanks and Quinn while Hesh and Stormy take a walk. They have franks on their sticks, but Hesh complains about his food getting dirty cause his sticks are his feet. He tries rinsing them off in the captured water but a fish grabs it. When Hesh tries to grab it a shark bites off his arm.
Shanks and Quinn have built a monster truck named Walking Tall V and are trying to start the engine. As they fire it up, Debbie tries to report about finding the water, but is drowned out by Walking Tall V's engine. After it's shut off, she gives her report, but Quinn and Shanks don't care because it's not relevant to Walking Tall V.
Hesh is trying to lure the shark that got his arm with the other frank. Stormy tells him to quit while he's ahead. The shark promptly bites off Hesh's other arm as Stormy sets his stickarm on fire.
Quinn yells at Shanks to get rid of the Confederate flag on Walking Tall V. Shanks decides they need to crush something. When Quinn points out they crushed everything, Shanks reminds Quinn that Sealab is right near the Transatlantic Shipping Lanes. Right on cue, a ship lands in front of them.
Debbie discovers that an organic polymer matrix is holding the water back. Stormy muses on how amazing it is that Debbie's doing Quinn's job and Quinn's doing something Stormy would normally do. He then muses on how hot Ed Harris is.
A deliveryman comes to pick of Sealab's scuba tanks and delivers Sparks's new chair and the free assault rifle that came with it. Sparks enjoys his new chair. Stormy tries to call Ed Harris while Virjay grafts sticks onto Hesh's arms too. He tells Hesh he can repay him when his stick limbs bear fruit. Meanwhile, Sparks shoots out Sealab's windows.
The captain of the ship tells Shanks that crushing his ship is a violation of maritime law but Shanks counters that there's no ocean to make it maritime. Back at the ocean, Debbie ponders the readings and is confronted by two aquatic lifeforms called Aquarians. On the phone, Stormy is yelling at Ed Harris's secretary and is soon yelled at by Ed Harris himself, who threatens to come to Sealab and kick Stormy's ass.
After the Aquarians explain why they captured all the water (which we never hear the explaination of), they promise to return the water to its natural state in five minutes. Debbie decides to warn everyone, even despite the sexism and chauvinism, because they're her friends. The Aquarians admit that her kind heart is why they revealed themselves to her. Well, that and her rack.
Debbie warns Quinn and Shanks and they high-tail it back to Sealab. Sparks tells Stormy he brought the ass kicking on himself, Sparks wasn't helping him hide. Debbie's dismayed to find out Sparks shot all the windows. Deep Diver's also not an option cause Shanks and Quinn used it to make Walking Tall V. Debbie, Quinn and Shanks go to find the scuba tanks before Sparks can tell them he sold them. As Stormy and Sparks say how cool it will be to meet Ed Harris, the water is heard rushing back.
The Stinger: Stormy says "Totally".
