Murphy has taken out a huge loan with Sealab as collateral to make an ad campaign promoting Sealab as a cool spot for a vacation, and now the only way to keep Sealab from being foreclosed on is to go through with entertaining tourists.
It's pretty obvious, though, that the Sealab crew members don't really give a damn about impressing the tourists. Stormy locks a special needs kid in the meat locker, Debbie convinces a menstruating woman to jump in a pool with dolphins that tear her apart, Marco teaches the children how to smoke cigars, Quinn charges a man $22 for a martini ($23 with an olive) because he can tell the man's an alcoholic, Debbie Love beats a man with Murphy's spoon, and Stormy injures a man during an underwater tour, attracting sharks.
Things come to a head at the Grizzlebee's Too where Sparks insults a tourist and they all express their outrage. Murphy calls for free Philly cheesesteaks, but then Dr. Virjay shows up claiming there's a disease on board Sealab and the tourists must all leave. Turns out it's part of a ploy to drive the tourists away after they already paid. Murphy congratulates Virjay for doing his part by offering a cheesesteak, and overcomes his objections on religious ground by pointing out that Mandus don't believe in hell anyway. Virjay tries his first piece of meat and is instantly hooked.
Quinn offers everyone free drinks before they leave, which turn out to be laced with enough sodium amytal to make them forget who they are, let alone that they came to Sealab, and just to be sure they're taken care of, Stormy drops them on an island inhabited by feral cats.
The Stinger: Virjay is forcing the children that were left behind to become his butchers and cooks to sate his meat addiction.
