Stormy and Shanks are upset at how much of their check is taken out for taxes, and when Stormy jokes that Sealab should secede from the United States Shanks seriously considers it while getting coffee. He then speeds down to the reactor room so licensed notary Hesh can get the paperwork squared away.
Now that Sealab is officially the sovereign state of Sealabia, Shanks decides to buy weapons of mass destruction from two Brits named Fresh and Tasty. They agree to it if Shanks will buy them new teeth.
Shanks officially announces the founding of Sealabia to a shocked Sealab. Hesh runs up saying that Shanks still needs to sign a few things, but really tricked Shanks into making sovereign the new country of Heshopolis. Shanks beats up Hesh with a baseball bat. Sparks immediately declares a power vacuum and declares himself ruler of Sparkopolis, with most of Sealab following him. Shanks declares that he will invade Sparkopolis, but then finds out Pod Six had also seceded, becoming Podsixia under the rule of Brad. It's then that Quinn finds out that Debbie slept with Brad and in anger breaks up with her again and declares his quarters Quinnland.
After a news report, Shanks puts Debbie in charge of Sealabia while he gets the WMDs from Fresh and Tasty, who are enjoying corn on the cob for the first time after getting new teeth. In Sparkopolis, Sparks gives a rousing speech on how they're doing this in memory of the founder, Hesh. Hesh reveals he's still alive, but Sparks promptly beheads him with the baseball bat. He also learns from Stormy that his toilet had seceded from Sparkopolis.
After another news report, Quinn is in a panic because the only person to come with him to Quinnland is Dolphin Boy, leaving him vulnerable to invasion. His fears seem to be realized when Podsixia enters his room, but it turns out Brad wants Podsixia and Quinnland to merge. Quinn refuses at first, but relents after he and Brad bond over sleeping with Debbie (and Brad finding Quinn's anal beads inside Debbie). As a token of goodwill, Podsixia presents Quinn with their WMD.
Fresh and Tasty are now naked and enjoying copious amounts of corn on the cob.
Back at Sparkopolis, Stormy muses about how his toilet must be a Plumbot (a parody of Decepticons). Sparks tries to ignore him while he starts a nuclear war. The newly formed country of Quinnsixia is first to arm their weapons, followed by everyone else. They engage in a game of chicken during another news report before each country resolves to fire their weapons.
Sparkopolis can't at first, because Stormy's launch key is on his dresser, and the dresser seceded from him. It also turns out to be a Changeotron (Autobot). Sparks gets angry and beats up Stormy with the baseball bat. In Sealabia, Debbie is more concerned with whether Brad called.
All the countries launch their weapons at the same time, but it turns out Fresh and Tasty sold them all duds. Shanks hopes they don't sing about it.
The Stinger: Fresh and Tasty sing about how their new teeth rule and how they love corn on the cob.
The Other Stinger: Someone watching the show complains about how the show sucks now, and orders his Changeotron to go back to being a dresser.
