There's a rash of thefts going around on Sealab and Murphy promptly accuses Quinn of being the thief. Murphy declares 'Martian law', Marco quickly going along with it for the chance to beat ass, and promptly beating Stormy and Sparks up. Despite Quinn's protests that Murphy is unfit to command and Marco should be arrested, Murphy marries off Debbie and Quinn so they would not offend Ares with their premarital sex. However, Marco accidentally kills Debbie and they go back to accusing Quinn of being the thief. Stormy joins Murphy and Marco and they beat up Quinn.
Quinn is taken to a 'dungeon', really the galley, and is sentenced to death. As he threatens revenge, it's revealed that it was all leading up to a surprise birthday party for Quinn. He calls them all assholes.
