- Meggy and Boopkins stumble upon a mysterious Minecraft block...
The Mushroom Kingdom starts getting corrupted by a mysterious Minecraft block, turning the resident to immobile blocks. With the help of Steve, Mario, Luigi and Meggy travel to the world of Minecraft to craft a cure.
- Call-Back:
- After becoming a human, Meggy is finally able to enjoy swimming after lamenting her inability to do so in pervious episodes.
- Luigi asks Mario if he was in Minecraft a few weeks ago while Mario still insists he was in Roblox.
- The Corruption: The plague turns the Mushroom Kingdom to blocks and turns the residents into immobile Minecraft versions of themselves. Only things that are already Minecraft are immune and won't spread the disease.
- Flat "What": Meggy's reaction to Tari, asking in all worried sincerity, if Boopkins got dumped in a dating sim.
- The Immune:
- Being a resident of Minecraft, Steve is immune to the spreading plague, allowing him to to carry Meggy and the Mario Bros to the door and yeet them into Minecraft.
- Pretty much everything that was already made out of Minecraft before the plague won't infect anyone who touches it.
- Major Injury Underreaction: Toadsworth is completely unphased by a knife thrown into his head.
- Something We Forgot: In the end everyone is cured... except Fishy Boopkins.
